xièxiè Jackey Cafe

[ 0 ] July 2, 2012 |

谢谢 or xièxiè, (‘sheh sheh’) is how to say ‘Thank You’ in Mandarin. Remember that, because you will be saying it over and over again. Jackey Cafe is located in the heart of DC’s Chinatown on the north side of H st NW. Just a simple look around and you can see how hard it is to choose which place will supplement your Asian craving. Take it from someone who has tried them all, Jackey Café is the best on the street. From their Cold Shredded Jelly Fish to the popular Chicken with Broccoli, they put care into their dishes as if you are temporarily part of the family.

Another one of my favorite things about Jackey’s is that they serve food late into the early morning. If you find yourself hungry after watching “Magic Mike” at the Regal Gallery Place, they will be there to serve you. (You know you watched it!) Who knows, you may run into your favorite local bartender savoring their Beef Chow Foon.
